See The Mad Fashionista (Me) Dance!
Only petitecuriosityand flywoman have seen this, and they were pretty baffled. This is the only vid I've ever made. We had finished a performance of the play based on my blog, "Diary of A Mad Fashionista" in 2008. I had wanted to end the show with a parody of "What A Feeling," but the director veto'd it.
The plot: The Mad Fashionista is intent on getting a 1967 Christian Dior cheetah coat with otter collar and cuffs. But she is outbid by her worst rival, Sabrina Airchild. However, through a rather complicated set of circumstances, the Fashionista gets the coat! So she and the coat live happily ever after.
So, think of it as bad interpretive dance. We had the sound booth playing the song, and Alan used a handheld camera, and I did the rest. So, for those of you who don't know what I look like, be dazzled by my bovine grace. It's been a bit funky: you might have to go to YouTube.
