That's so scary, even more so for commie me because it's a law that would disproportionately impact poor women (rich ones can fly to a different state).
And the impact on post miscarriage healthcare isfrightening, too.
Democrats supporting it is beyond comment.

I totally agree with you that it's important subject, and this law will do more harm than good. Democrats support surprises me in a bad way. Where is the freedom of choice?

I hate it when politicians (mostly males) talk about women health, abortion and contraception... Almost the same thing goes in my country. The government supports the new law concerning health care which would definitely makes things very complicated for a woman who decides to terminate her pregnancy. This law will ban selling Plan B pills without a doctor's prescription or even ban this type of contraception at all! I signed an open letter to health care minister but despite the thousands of signatures I very much doubt that this letter of protest influences the government plans.
