So, remember that New Mexico GOPer who wrote a piece of legislation that
appeared to make it so that any woman who became pregnant of rape and then
had an abortion would then be charged with "tampering with evidence"?
Remember how she backpedaled and said she'd been misunderstood.
It seems she's clarified: she doesn't want to charge women with the
abortions as crimials, no no just
the doctors who perform them, leading to the SAME FUCKING OUTCOME.
Because if you participate in the committing of a crime, THAT MAKES YOU AN
ACCESSORY TO THE CRIME.
