Missing.
Obviously, I am dreadfully behind on my photoaday project. Bad me. Luckily for my own sanity, I have come to terms with that fact and decided I'm just going to keep on keeping on instead of trying to go back and post a photo for every day that I've missed.
Confession: Part of my departure has been due to the fact that my "friends" have recently gotten me to surrender and join FaceBook. The horror. Thanks a lot guys... :) I've also become completely addicted to the google reader and an assortment of humorous, wedding-oriented, home-decorating and just plain bloggy blogs. It's easy for me to open reader and catch-up while I'm at work. Livejournal does not look quite as good. (luckily, my boss is out picking up some pizza right now so I have a quick 5 to be updating!) *sigh* In other words, I've been so busy keeping up with everyone else's lives that I've had very little time to be detailing my own. Meanwhile, I've got a to-do list of piddly little tasks a mile long for the upcoming nuptials. Too much to do... how could it already be September??? I'm so wrapped up in the looming October "deadline" that I've entirely forgotten this month's birthday--my own! Seriously, my family had to remind me. Tragic.
I'm going to try to suck myself out of my wedding fog on occasion. And more often than I have been. Because although the date will be here faster than I realize, it's no good if I don't have fun along the way! Last night was good. Margaritas. Mexican food. Good friends. Need more of that to remind me that The Wedding is only one day. And *this* is the rest of my life.
All good thoughts, we'll see if I can actually do it. :)
