Hmm... I know I just posted, but I think that I should put my drawings of Shou before I completely forget.  I know it's made of complete suckiness, but I can't help it! Constructive Criticism would be greatly appreciated! ^ ^

Hey, nice job on the drawing! I like all the details you put on his facial features, like the mouth, the eyes(I really love the eyes!), etc. I would however, make the shadows darker, especially the nose, the mouth, the sides of his face. It would make his face more pronounced and life-like.

Another thing, I think the fingers on his left hand are slightly too thin if you compare it to his right hand. The end of his pinky also looks rather.. small?

As for his hair, the dark parts are drawn really well, but you could maybe blend the really light parts more into the darker parts. I know you used an eraser for the highlights, but if you drew more lines at the edges of the highlights, it would make the progression more gradual.

Anyway, I know I picked on a lot of your drawing, but it really isn't bad at all! So keep drawing. =) You'll only get better. (I'm actually ephemeralciel on DA, but I haven't been on there in a loooong time. *fail*)

Thank you so much for the advice/criticism! Actually and honestly, those were some areas that I was concerned over, too. It's just that, maybe because its my own drawing?, I couldn't detect exactly WHAT was off about it. So thank you very much! because otherwise I'd still be blowing smoke our of my ears whenever I look at it.
I think I'll try re-drawing it or keeping all of these points in mind as I draw a different picture.
