Ballroom!
Miladygrey, once upon a time you took ballroom lessons and said how much fun it was. Well you were right, I had my first lesson tonight and while I will be sore tomorrow, it was so great! Some friends of mine take from the couple that owns the studio and when I called about lessons I mentioned that I knew them. Well that offhanded remark got me a free lesson tonight which is great, plus the studio is right up the hill from work and I can go from work to dance and not use much extra gas. If I was really ambitious I could walk there, but I'll save my legs and drive. I learned some basic waltz and rumba tonight, I also discovered that if I leave the tv off it works well as a mirror since my living room is the best place to practice. I can get in better shape and have fun doing it, what a deal!
