As mentioned yesterday, I had to see my GP in person today, as a requirement of doing a new Mental Health Care Plan.
So I had a 2.15pm appointment, and left home just before 1.30pm, so I wasn't too stressed about being delayed on the drive in, or trying to find a parking space. Thankfully, all the parking on the streets nearby is metered for 2 hours maximum, so people are always coming and going.
I actually got in a little early, and my GP was ready to see me almost immediately, which almost NEVER happens. Either someone cancelled, or he had a few appointments that didn't take as long as a standard consult does (which is a standard 15 minutes, I believe).
I had actually packed my wetpack and a change of undies and singlet, so that afterwards I could go straight over to Oz & Craige's place, as thy had suggested it would be good for mu current mental health to stay the night.
As SOON as I arrive, Chase runs to greet me. He is such an adorable cat, and I've never met one who loves being brushed so much. He must be the world's most groomed cat. The boys have one of those wire bristle brushes, and Chase can't get enough of it.
We had a "KFC pigout" feast for dinner, and we all went to bed fairly early, around 11.00pm... Of course, my sleeping has been so bad lately, that I knew it was still going to be difficult to fall asleep, even though I was in a "safe place"...
Oh, earlier on, I took a video for Steve. Mainly to show him Chase, and to show him all the coloured fairy lights in the boy's backyard. Craige loves his sparkly lights. They do look good. Sadly, the frame from the video doesn't look the best, but I think you get the idea... LOL
So ghey!
