Oh Crap It's 2011 Already
where did the time go
Anyway, happy near year to y'all! To be honest, I haven't been on here as much as I should remember to, because I'm perenially logged on elsewhere... yes, bad cubi, bad. Very bad.
The end of the year as always brought on a bunch of crap with it, starting with a laptop meltdown, family drama, hot weather making me crook and now another drama imminent with the new computer, which is incredibly disheartening - I'm going to need to tear out the new/old hard drive and get a fresh one in, and that will incur extra downtime, which is just... urgh! I could bite a nail clean in two. Say no more, I'm not going to jinx what works now until I patch it up.
New year's resolution - lose weight. Yes. Because when you are five two and approaching the north side of 90kg ohhh mama have you some problems. Also getting a job. Last year was pretty uh. Fruitless. Though I kept busy with commissions. But not nearly as much as I would have liked.
Last but not least - Botcon 2011 may be off the cards... may be. I stress the 'maybe' because dad has said he wants to go out to Adelaide, drive there, and replacing the laptop sucked the majority of Botcon funds. >[ It will depend on timing and getting the money back up, but in the meantime, for the records... GRRRR.
