Breathe into your stressed muscles.
Trust your core.
Hmmm..my back hurts
I don't think I have enough breath to BREATHE into all my stressed muscles.
Trusting the power of my core is putting too much trust on such a little thing.
Sometimes, I just laugh at all these yogalese. But I enjoy every moment of my classes.
