The majority of the inhabitants of the island have been reverted to mere children. They retain no memory of events that have happened since their past arrival, dor do they bear any indication that these events ever occurred.
The forces that control this island are powerful enough to maintain absolute control over not only the minds of the inhabitants, but even the flow of time itself. We are completely and utterly at their mercy.
