Friday. was amazing. It was like the best show ever multiplied by even better. James brown was fucking amazing. apart from he didnt play funky music. He is possibly the greatest 73 year old alive. And the chilis were just as awesome. One complain; they didnt play Road Trippin, Purple stain or My friends. imma post a few pics.
Ok so... the chilis photos aint that good because when i was near the front i couldnt stay still to take a photo it was that crazy. but at one point we were 3 or 4 rows back, and it was amazing. untill some dirty punk with a mohawk stood on my bad shin, wang. Best songs were; Its a mans world(James brown) Get on top, Californiacation, universally speaking, under the bridge, give it away, That underground metal song they did towards the end, the drum solo(phwoar), scar tissue... and basically every other song they did. Except the vocals were a bit shabby on By the way. But what the hell. who gives a fuck. It was perfect.
The other support band, chicks on speed were the shittest thing you could possibly imagine. "They sounded like eurovision song contest winners played backwards through a toaster" hahaha.
Today is fathers day. Went to see him earlier and hes doing ok. Went out for a meal after with my grandad and the rest of ma famille. but it wasnt the same without my dad. He'll be out of there in a few weeks.
