Women that is... none for ages, then two turn up at once.
Actually I should clarify that. Last Monday I was sitting off shift, eating my lunch when a girl came up to me and checked my name, asked if I was single and if she could get my number for her friend. I was flattered and surprised (I don't normally get asked for my number, think H is the closest that I've come to that, when she asked a mutual friend for my e-mail address!) so I let her have my number. Turns out her friend is 18... little too young for me, although friends have said I should think of it less as me being a peadophile and more as her robbing the grave... cheeky bastards.
Anyway, we're just going to be friends, share txt's chat on the phone etc..
However, on Wednesday of last week I was feeling really ill, finished up my shift after a lady who's been coming in for a couple of weeks (and I happen to think is really cute) asked if I could wipe down her table. I went and did so, but didn't talk to her. I finished my shift and went home. Later than night I started to get text messages from somebody I didn't know who asked to meet up with me on Saturday. She was cryptic about who she was and I thought it might've been friends of the 18 yr old girl playing some kind of prank. Feeling ill and not being in the mood for guessing games I almost told them to go f' themselves but I'm glad I didn't. Turns out that the cute one who asked for me to wipe her table also had her friend ask for my number.
I've been txt'ing her since and we met up after I finished work on Saturday, and then I went to see her again on Monday morning. We're going to the cinema together on Saturday and I have to say that I'm totally smitten. I think she looks a little like Sophie Ellis-Bexter, but hotter. Hoping that this turns out to be a relationship, thought I'd keep you guys posted.
