So what have I been up to?
Friday was Fucked Up! at the Fenton which was good, danced some. Got battered around a bit. As usual I got punched in the head at least once. ;)
Saturday, didn't do much...everyone seemed to be saving themselves for New Years Eve.
Sunday, the Well. New years eve. I had a good night. The whole 12 o'clock thing was a bit anti-climatic, but I had a dance and got roped into singing Welcome To Paradise by Green Day in the live band karaoke. People actually said it was good? I think they were deaf. Was nice to be surrounded by friends.
Today...recovery from drinking way too much lemonade (i.e. sugar)...and the continuation of my life being an Ergs! song. Being called 'Fab' is a new one in my catalogue of "your great but..." knock backs ;)
8 days until I am off the pills...wooo!
(...and so far all is going well)
First day back at work for over a week tomorrow. It's going to be a bit weird...have that thing where I don't want to go to sleep as then I am giving into the fact that tomorrow and normality will arrive.
