New icon, not completely satisfied with how it came out, I have to play around with the fonts I think.
I've discovered that the one and only thing I like about Photoshop CS is the font preview. If anyone knows whether the newer (>2.0) Photoshop Elements programs come with that feature let me know. I may upgrade. (And actually pay for it, like i did this version. Photoshop CS is sort of legal it's from work.) When I'm really desperate I'll type things out in Word and copy and paste. I've done that for a few icons.
Went to El Rodeo (Mexican Restaurant)and I had a Xango (not pronounced like Xanga). It was cheescake in a fried tortilla with cinnamon, sugar, and chocolate syrup on the outside. I shared it with my mom for Mother's Day. I also payed for the meal. I got my mom a $50 Borders gift certificate. I'm a good daughter.
Speaking of Xanga, I noticed how much LJ people hate the Xangan community. I mean I understand the hotlinking thing. I really understand it. I've never had my icons hotlinked from Photobucket, but I've had people hotlink my photos from my own website.
I'd actually feel sort of flattered if someone hotlinked an icon of mine. I'd be majorly pissed, but deep down, secretly, I'd be flattered.
Edit: I just realised that I am holding up the entire Clevnet System(Cleveland Area Libraries), or those that want Claire Dolan. I have had one of only 2 copies out for 3 months. I'm a bad library patron. But on the plus side, I'm a good librarian! I think. abcgedklhiyj Ooh, maybe not.
