Left early Monday morning to head East for my semi-annual sign shopping trip. Stopped in Wheeling W VA first to see if i could scarf anything up there (not likely as the guy i needed to speak to was out until mid-afternoon, but the answer was likely 'no' anyway. He made my decision for me by deleting my account after slandering me on a forum on my own site. I had no alternative but to move the forum to a different directory to instantly remove it.

There are three shields you can generally safely photographed in Wilmington. One is on 8th Street and another on 10th Street, where both intersect Jackson Street just above Interstate 95. Another one is on Delaware 48 (Lancaster Avenue) just ahead of the intersection with Delaware 2 west (Union Street). That is probably your safest bet as that part of town is not bad at all. There's a Delaware 2 cutout just around the corner from it too!
