He can summon demons with his COMP and can use skills he cracked from his defeated opponents (provided he got the stats for them).
Atsuro got some mean hacking skillz. So he can crack through strong filters and, once he studied the system and understood it, can put up very strong filters of his own (around the 90+% range and can reach 100%).
