That's exactly what I called "too patriotic to be true" :)
Using CE as one of 3 possible places of the wheel invention, then treating CE in such a way that it includes a tiny bit of Ukrainian territory and thus drawing a conclusion that "probably wheel was invented by Ukrainians".
As for me, pretending on someone else's credits doesn't add more respect to us. Instead, such attempts show Ukrainians as ridiculous and narrow-minded people. I doubt that such a result is what we need.
As for me, after obvious fail in "Sadly, none of these maps include Ukraine." it would be nice to apologize or change the tone. Is it possible that whell has been researched on our territory? Yes. At first, of course I've checked wiki on verious languages before wrote the 1st comment. At second, thinkg the English wiki is the best looks for me like snobbery. It is not true except "political" articles. About wheel, you can check, for example, also German version. Anyway, even small part of Ukraine is enough to say "probably".

Is it possible that whell has been researched on our territory? Yes.
