Written morning of 1/14/16. Note: This next morning thing actually works out a bit better.
Sleep has been the real struggle this week. The rest of the goals are pretty much in line, although, I still need to do some kind of kettlebell workout this week.
Goals Met:
- Water: 80oz
- Read Rediscover Jesus chapter
- Steps: 10,539 steps/4.3 miles
Issues:
- Sleep: 6 Hours
