Seattle ho?

The dad-unit told me today that there's a position he might be taking up in Seattle for Rockwell-Collins desiging HUDS for the new 7e7, which would mean relocation. However, given how much he likes this house, and how much my mother will not like moving to Seattle, I don't think it'll actually happen ( Read more... )

Hehe, I'm just playin' w/ ya. I did the random journal thing, and came upon yours. Once I saw the Seattle reference (where I live) I thought I should include my two cents.

Okay, okay, you're right... I lived in Portland for 4yrs. It needs it's props. So where do you live now? If I knew before I've since forgotten. *frown* Lol.

Yes yes, I know how that is. Even though it's been a few years, I'm having withdrawls. So I might be forced to move back. *grin* I used to live in an appt. on the park blocks by PSU. Now that I'm thinking about missing Portland, next weekend might be the perfect time for a ROAD TRIP! Haha. I'll visit Lloyd center and the saturday market first. Then Pioneer Courthouse Square to ride the MAX. Hmmm... I might need to go start planning...

I'm not sure if the Saturday Market is open right now; but yeah! Come on in to town, we'll give you the tour... at least, as two what has changed in Portland since you might have left. Whee!

That's right... now that you mention it. 'S all good. Well, if I'm down there anytime soon (A.K.A. "I can get some actual money"), a tour might be fun. *grin* I left Portland in '96 if my memory sesrves me. So it's been awhile. Crap, visitors... I gotsta go.
