That is such an ugly experience. And so frustrating. I'm sorry it happened to you. I hope the rest of the trip was better.

The rest wasn't too bad. The rugby tournament was huge. We lost but played pretty well.

Mind you, I don't hang out in Toronto, and I know nothing of the club or its reputation. Sorry that happened, that sucks. Did you drive in? I'm out in Waterloo about an hour down the 401. :)

I'm not a huge fan of the big TO.

Wow! How awful. I mean, when you're not cool enough for the goths, that's some really weird enforced conformity going on among the non-conformists.

The goth club I used to go to before I moved was the only club in town with decent music where I could be reasonably certain I wouldn't be hit-on by men twice my age with wedding-ring tans.
