Sadness came Darkly, elegantly strolling like a gothic beauty queen. Her sharpened teeth glistening through dark moist lips. I expected her; almost invited her. I reached out, pulled her to me, embraced her; my faithful sadness.
"Welcome home," I whispered.
"What?" The shape in the bed said. She turned and smiled a stunning smile at me. A gesture I would not dare hope to return. "Were you talking to yourself?"
"Yes I suppose I was."
"Crazy People talk to themselves," she said, teasing. "You should've told me you were crazy, I could've had more fun with you."
"I usually keep it to myself."
