YES. ALL WORTH THE WAIT. Now it's so much easier to understand the art and, wow, this story, it is amazing and kickass and hawt and it is GORGEOUS. I love the three of them, and I kinda want to ask you for sequels.

Well, this story was actually a LOT LONGER in the planning, like, I anticipated 20k? But I couldn't quite get the plot straightened out how I wanted, so I went with this version instead. There's definitely a lot of ideas of possible sequels though! Eventually!

this is SUCH A WONDERFUL FIC, and one thing i always love so much about your AUs is how you build the characters into the AU story-verse as if they were there from the start, and you bring us into the world and let us figure things out for ourselves, and it always feels so organic and natural. JUST LIKE ARTHUR AND EAMES AND THEIR UNDENIABLE MFEO-NESS DO IN THIS FIC. <3 omg and Dogtag. such a smart companion. I was honest-to-god overjoyed when you got tagged to illustrate lucy's amazing art, because i knew you would do a better job with this kind of story than anyone, and you did. it was brilliant. brava.
