Take it to the MAX

The Max Challenge - End of week one.

I finally got to the breaking point and knew I would need help to get myself in shape. So thanks to a postcard that came in the mail and my friend Maria S I joined after all it was just down the street.

In all honesty by day three i was looking for excuses to quit. After sitting around for so long I was beyond out of shape. Well thanks to Alissa, Jackie, and the ladies in my class I got through it. I'm 5 lbs lighter but more important I FEEL better. Have and more energy. I didn't need a nap today...lol Great start!!

I just don't want this to be another try. I want it to be a success. My body does ache but ill take it one week at a time.
