It's those damn writers they have this awful obsession for her! *gag* And this last section of the series was really pretty good and gave me a lot of hope! They even saved tess so it was pretty cool. I'll read it of course but will not be happy! LOL

Yes. She was stuck inside of Lex's mind. Something to do with the chemical compound she used to kill him I believe. So they were able to extract her and put her into a computer type of object. Some of it was funny when she took control of Lex when he slept. LOL And lex kept seeing her memories of sleeping with Oliver and Emil. I thought that might be where they were going because of another arc they did something similar to an astronaut but I'm not sure what this means for Tess in the long run. Will she be able to function and hang around I'm not sure.
