ok so here's for the few people that don't know yet:
Two weeks ago I told my boss I wouldnt be able to work last weekend, Id be going to Ottawa. My boss told me to find a replacement and she'd try as well. So we both did our best and by that friday we had no replacement for me. My boss told me ID HAVE TO WORK.
So I told her NO, I couldnt come in. She told me I'D GET A FORMAL WRITTEN WARNING.
So I went in Yesterday to talk to her, and she made me sign acknowledgement about the whole write-up thing. While I was sitting down with her, I asked her, to her face:
"If I had called in sick instead of giving you warning, would I be getting this write-up?"
and y'know what she said?
"But you didn't do that."
So I was pissed off. I told her I had two weeks left and I was done and walked out of her office. All she had to say to that was:
"Oh. Ok."
