I have, apparently, been really bored today
a. list seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself
1.) I can talk really fast. I mean... I could possibly put most teenage girls to shame. Some people say I talk a lot... I think that they're just jealous that I can talk so quickly.
2.) I'm a coffee fanatic. I can't write anything really well unless I have a cup in front of me. Sometimes, I don't even have to drink it, I just have to know that it's there.
3.) I hate it when people tell me what to do. Or when they tell me the things that I can't do. Immediately, I begin plotting ways to do all the things that are impossible. Currently, I'm working on the whole flying deal. This might take a while.
4.) I've had a list of things I want to accomplish before I die since I was a freshman in high school. Some of them are so ridiculous I just want to laugh at how naive I was- I think I wanted to get my doctorate in five different subject areas. Then, after I laugh at how silly it was of me to think I could do it... I want to do it all over again (refer to number 3). It's a never ending cycle of madness.
5.) There is nothing in the entire world that I love more than taking on a character and learning about them. Right now I'm in the midst of Romeo and Juliet rehearsals and I'm constantly amazed at how smart Juliet is and how conniving a fourteen year old can be. I like to learn about people in the context of theater and then try to apply it in real life. Also, sometimes I like to just try a character that I've been working on for a while in random public places. It's a good time.
6.) I love danger. I know, that's so broad, but I love the feeling of not knowing what's going to happen in the next moment of your life. For example, I am IN LOVE with tornadoes. I just think that they're so fascinating and majestic. Also, they are completely terrifying. Once, I ran from one with my mom and sister. It was so great. No, I don't have a death wish.
7.) My tastes in clothes change with my taste in movies/tv shows. Right now, I am absorbed in Supernatural, so pastel colors pretty much make me want to die. I do have some lovely charcoal sweaters, though.
