´´A whole new world´´ actually, its the old world, isnt it?
So, yeah, Spain is pretty interesting. Madrid was really awesome, in paricular the 3 museums I went to- Museo del Prado (Las Meninas), El Centro de Arte Reina Sofia (Guernica, El 3 de Mayo, other awesome works) and el Museo Thyssen-Bournemisza (sp?). The fact that I can drink alcohol is not as cool as I thought it would be.
Sangria- not bad
Beer- I still don´t like it
Dissorono- Josef introduced me to this. Its a tasty almond liquor that is frickin nice.
Limon Granizado- OH. MY. GOD.
The people here are very chill and the Siesta is also cool. The sun doesn´t set until TEN at night. The family I´m staying with is really crazy, I´ll have to post about them later, b/c we´re headin to ´the best ice cream store in the world.´ Normally I´m a skeptic about someone claiming that its the best ice cream ever, but here? Perhaps.
