busy days
Life as usual, except I only get to see Eddie for about 2 hours a day before I crash. I finally told Davita that I'm no longer going to work on Tuesdays...partly due to the kids and partly because I cannot possibly work from 6:30 am to 7 at night, EACH night. And now Daniel Island Academy has taken way more presedence over gym, and why not? More hours and it's a real job. :) The kids in my class are so cute...some more than others, haha, but nonetheless they are all God's creation. I love looking at them and just thanking God for their wonderful individual characteristics. Jesus rocks. I really love starting work early now. It stinks waking up at 5:30, but well worth it to get my day started and get it over with.
Summit is doing well. We haven't made it to small group yet, and even when I actually have "time" to go, I don't want to go without Eddie. I wish more people understood the concept of not wanting to be separated (us at least) from your spouse. Work and time out with friends are all good, but I'm most happy, most pleasant, and most content right beside him.
I need to go shopping for stuff to wear here....but I'm too tired and not quite excited yet....wait....me not excited to spend money? that has to say something. . .
Looking forward to developing relationships with my employees....i know this sounds trivial but I wish there was a way to where I wouldn't feel nervous ab talking about Jesus with people...I think it's b/c I know how offensive the gospel can be and I don't want to step on any toes, but then again, we are never guaranteed tomorrow!! I need the Lord's help to be bold.
One thing is for sure...I'm so thankful for the team of teachers around me. They are all so sweet and so encouraging. It's a blessing!! :)
