Almost time for Cabo!
Well the last two days have been pretty darn good. Yesterday was kind of stressful, packing for two trips is not a whole lot of fun (especially when one is going to be warm and one is going to be darn cold). However, after much stress and many calls to my mom, I think I got all that I will need for both trips.
When I was finally done packing it was time to go to work. It's funny how enjoyable work can be when you know that you don't have to go back for 3 weeks. I got off late, but it really didn't matter to me. I then drove home home to Lakewood, luckily the drive was very uneventful. Then I got all the music downloaded onto my new MP3 player, which was fun, then it was time for bed.
Today I woke up to the sound of barking dog, it wasn't pleasant. Although since I did wake up 2 hours earlier than planned, it gave me time to talk to my dear Stephanie, which is always nice. I then got ready to go to lunch with my Summer best friend and my favorite goat (inside joke), Corrina. Lunch was so much fun. We went to Chili's and had an absolute blast, I had forgotten how much I miss her.
Then I stopped by Sarah's house to hang out with her and Stith for a while and exchange presents. It was kind of nice hanging out with Stith because I will be beating Sarah to Michigan, which means I will be spending a lot of time with him, but I think it'll be all good, we get along fine and have bonded over our common love of country music.
After Sarah's I went to Jeremy's house so we could go to the Brenner's Chanukah party. I got to drive the XTerra to their house, which I absolutely love, so that made my night :) The party was really fun, I got to hang out with Pamela, Josh's family (even though Josh wasn't there) and of course Jeremy and his family. The Brenners had a beautiful house and a basement with a ton of fun games (we particularly enjoyed the basketball shooting game). Tonight also made me a little sad because it was the last time that I'm going to see Pamela for a while, I'm gonna miss her :( And apparantly Josh's family really likes me, so Pamela and I decided that they should trade Josh for me, that way it would be Beth and Marty, and then Pamela, Me, Cassie and Jeremy, we would be the most fun family ever, that's for sure. Unfortunately, I don't think Josh will go for that idea.
Well that's all, as I am tired from my busy day of having fun and I need to rest because we leave for Cabo in two days, it is time for bed.
