Is anyone out there?
This seems like a dead community because no one posts regularly but it never hurts to ask.
I will be in need of a roommate and apartment for August 2010 - June/July 2011. The dorms are outrageously overpriced especially when I have four roommates and we are all paying $800 a month. So I thought I would just throw it out there in case anyone else will be needing a roommate for the upcoming school year.
* a fellow female
* at least 21 years old
* NON-smoker
* NO drugs (duh)
* NO cats - SEVERELY allergic, like I can't breathe.
* Alcohol is Ok - As long as your not having keg parties because I definitely won't be cleaning up other people's vomit. I've never been much of a party/club kind of person. If you want to have a party, cool, we'll just work it out so I'm not there LOL.
* I'm a Christian, so a fellow Christian would be great but I'm not limiting myself there because roommates are hard to come by.
* Someone who is clean - meaning you will help clean the common areas: kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom if we share. I don't care about your own personal space as long as it doesn't affect our security deposit.
* A SANE person - I really don't need a crazy roommate with crazy friends who get into crazy kinds of trouble.
What I mainly want is respect and in turn I will respect you and your things.
Looking for a place with rent around $600 and if utilities are included, that would be bomb but if not that's cool.
So yeah, if you have any questions or what not, go ahead and ask.
