The apartment complex to live at is Villa Santa Fe. At first glance it doesnt look as nice as some of the other places around there. But I can tell you its totally one of the better places around. My first year i lived at Haver Hill, with 3 room mates, every one of our cars got broken into at least once. Street parking sucked, no central air for the hot days the only plus side was a washer and dryer in the apartment.

After that I moved to Villa Santa Fe. And I lived there for 4 more years until I moved from CA. At Villa Santa Fe i lived in 4 different apartments. A one bedroom with a room mate, not bad the living area was big enough so we each had our space the bed room was small but we each only went in there to really sleep. That room mate left school to go on tour with a friends band so I looked for a new room mate who wanted his own room. So we got a 2 bedroom at villa santa fe. It was awesome. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a big living room good size kitchen it was nice. Then another friend needed a place to live so we moved to a 3 bed room. Great place infact my friends still live in that 3 bedroom (3 years now) then after about a year there I ended up going back to a 1 bed room with my fiancé just to have some more privacy.

Honestly If I still lived in OC I would probably still be there Villa Santa Fe is the cheapest place and its safe and its mostly families that live there so its really laid back. Not alot of partys or stuff like that.
