Does anyone know if you can cancel an order at the bookstore before it has been filled? I ordered a book as a rental, it currently says "in progress" "picking". My dad got a call last night with them saying that they don't have a rental copy, but do have a used one. I don't want to pay $80, so I want to cancel the order and rent it from another website. Can I ask them to cancel the in progress order, or do I have to get the used book then turn around and get a refund?
