Here be geekery
I'm in helicopter flight school. It's exciting, often frustrating, occasionally terrifying, and generally a hell of a lot of fun. I started a journal to give the folks back home a running account of my adventures. This is not that journal.
That one's read by my parents, brother, several real-life friends, a few cousins, aunts, uncles, a great-aunt and uncle and at least one grandparent. This one's for the fandom stuff; my list of things I want to experience in my lifetime does not include, "explain membership in slash communities to Grandma."
