Got me on my knees
Quite a downtime day...but it wasn't all that bad...I was able to get a lot of things done around the house, such as doing the finishing touches on things to get everything unpacked and put away!!!
Actually, all I got left is to put stuff away in the bathroom, then the place is all done.
All but the little extras we will be eventually getting, such as blinds, curtains, diningroom table, chairs, etc.
I actually woke up around 2pm today...not sure why, I just felt so tired...
I eventually made my way down to Aces to find out they took out the PIrates of the Caribbean and replaced it with a Ripley's Believe it or Not. I'm not that upset, but I liked my grand champion score on Pirates...
now I just gotta learn Ripleys and then I can have that grand champ score...I've only been able to score a little over half of the grand champ score, so I still have a lot to learn...grand champ is 109...my highscore #1 is 59 mil...gonna be tough!
After that, I went to JC's where him and some of our buddies were playing Dungeons and Dragons...I've always found this game hysterically funny, and I find it humorous that they all play it..it just seems to fit so perfect that it makes so much sense...they were trying to get my to play it, but I declined...thats the last thing I want to do is get involved in something as nerdy as that, but hey, everyone has their digs. It looks like a good time and some fun, but I don't want to go down that route.
I eventually left there and came home, in which I decided that I should clean up and put the remaining things away that were in the dining room...so that is awesome cause the place looks great
I planned my little party/get together thingy for the 5th...I hope everyone can come that I invited! should hopefully be a good time, with a lot of fun things to do...I've been contemplating running up to the Exchange store up the street and possibly getting a trivia game or something for the wii...so then we can pop it in and play trivia on the big screen....
I'll have to talk with my roommate about it...I just hope his ass comes home tomorrow...we gotta sort out paying the bills!
Tomorrow, I got a little photoshoot with Kay for her updated portfolio, so that is cool...its kinda rough because I feel really unprepared due to my equipment and time and whatnot, but it should be alright...as soon as I'm done, I plan on being dropped off downtown to work on them, and then I want to travel to Britt's to get the Wii stuff so McCue won't get upset if he comes home and can't play video games...
I finished playing my acoustic and tried to move on in learning the acoustic version of Eric Clapton's "Layla", but I realized I was doing the chorus chord transition wrong, so I gotta practice the real way now for a bit...its not that much different, but I want it to sound smooth before I move on to the next verse.
Its around midnight, so I think I'm just going to hangout for a bit before I go to bed...maybe Chrissie will come online and I'll have someone to chat with...
Oh well, I'm not going to get my hopes up....Seeya!
