excitement and fear and confusion and excitement.

i can't believe it's only a week till i meet all you guys. i've been in a packing frenzy here, rereading my handbook over for the millionth time. i have a couple questions about the THEATRE paperwork.
1. they say to bring an empty notebook to use as a journal. just out of curiosity, for what?
2. are the two songs/sheet music we're supposed to bring to sing going to be performed for everyone? or is it just a learning thing?
3. on the yellow "first 3 days master calendar" on the second day [orientation day] theatre students have a later orientation than everyone it appears. it says the following:
10:00 am -12:00 pm All Theatre Students: Practice and prepare the monologue that you performed on your audition video. Make sure that you are ready for the beginning of classes on Monday July 16. Take a walk through the CalArts building and learn where the Theatre spaces are. There are signs on the doors of each room.
this is really vague. and yje only event listed that has no place where we are supposed to meet listed. so they mean to meet at choinard hall front door like the film/video students have to since they are listed on the schedule right before us? or are we free to do our own thing?
and then from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm at "Various Locations" it says: "Theatre students rehearse there monologues." Isn't that what we just did for the past 2 hours?
I'm very confused. =P
