South Beach Starting

Okay, I didn't quite update when I got home.  Things are going pretty good and I am all excited about starting the South Beach Diet.  I have been watching for the last week or so, but I am officially on it as of last night.  Yesterday me and Lisa went to Wal-mart to buy the food that we need to last us throughout the week.  I kinda screwed up last week when I bought the food I thought I would need.  I found out you could not have brown rice.  Oops.  I made 15 frozen fish and brocolli lunches and I can't use them for a month.  Uh well, they are frozen.  So from the time I started last week I am down about 3 pounds.  I don't know if it is just in my head or not, but I actually feel alot better.  My goal is to drop about 80 pounds total, meaning I will probably have to be on the diet until October.  Which isn't that bad considering it is not supposted to be a hard diet to follow.  My problem was not like craving and all that stuff, it is just being genreally hungry.  I dunno.  I'm about ready to go back on the phones with my sugar free jello and a part skim string cheese stick....yeah I can get used to this.  
Depending on how Kayla does, I will be starting my vegiterean diet on 7/17.  We made this bet last summer that if she was able to do it, I would do it for 3 months.  This is going to be a real big change for me, but you know what?  I am actually excited and I want to see if I can actually do it.
