That's the noise my brain is making everytime I move my head.  Because all other rational thought has vacated the premises.  I did not go to sleep last night.  I am still awake now.  I am working (probably a bad plan when the DOJ is depending on your accuracy).  I have to drive three frigging hours today.  My...being hurts.  This is not cool.
