OK, so for anyone who saw 24 tonight, there are 2 major flaws with the Nighthawk they overlooked:
1)When on the ground, radar transponders are installed on the NIghthawks, so they are visible to friendly radar.
2)Nighthawks can't carry air-to-air missiles (that the public knows of, at least).
