Arrow
Laurel Lance/Tommy Merlyn/Oliver Queen
I'm thinking an everyone lives AU here. Other than that go nuts - I've been pretty eh about canon, so use as much or as little as you'd like.

Avengers Academy
James "Bucky" Barnes/Peggy Carter/Steve Rogers
I literally squealed out loud when they brought Peggy into the game. I'd love to see all three of them bonding over figuring out this time. And the minefield that is Bucky's memory.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Sharon Carter/Steve Rogers
I feel this one works best immediately after the Civil War event, but at a minimum before Peggy shows up. Sharon was flirting pretty heavily with Steve and she also spent a lot of time figuring out how to free Bucky. I'd like to see where it goes from there.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanov
This one plays heavily into the game's Civil War event. Bucky without his memories is clearly attracted to Natasha - I think it's partly physical and partly all the spy games. And Steve is also clearly attracted to Natasha - Sharon even called him on it while she was flirting with him. And then there's the bond between Steve & Bucky. I'd love to see all those emotions and feelings dealt with in a teenage angst way and then resolved with the OT3.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanov/Sam Wilson
I see this as an established threesome that ends up bringing Bucky into things once he appears on campus.

The Flash
Barry Allen/Eddie Thawne/Iris West
Okay I have a few different ideas here:
1) An AU where Eddie doesn't die. Maybe along the lines of the very beginning of the season 2 premiere. I'd love to see how they navigate this unconventional relationship and if/how it affects Barry and Eddie's working relationship. Bonus points for Joe threatening Eddie over what will happen if he hurts his kids.
2) Eddie does die, but Barry runs far enough back in time and is able to figure out a way to defeat Reverse Flash that doesn't require Eddie's sacrifice. Does he tell Iris and Eddie about changing the timeline - again - or does he keep that to himself? What ramifications does that have?
3) They were an established threesome when Eddie dies. Barry and Iris are both grieving and trying to figure out what that means for them relationship-wise when *poof* Earth-2 Eddie shows up. Did he have the same relationship with Earth-2 Barry and Earth-2 Iris? Was he with just Earth-2 Iris? Or just Earth-2 Barry? Or did he not know them at all? Do Iris and Barry try to make Earth-2 Eddie their replacement Eddie?

Law & Order: SVU
Rafael Barba/Dominick "Sonny" Carisi Jr./Mike Dodds
For these three, I really like the idea of Barba & Carisi already being an established couple and Carisi getting all jealous/insecure when Dodds shows up and it eventually turning into a threesome.

And let's just ignore last season's finale and have everyone alive and well.

Marvel Cinematic Universe
James "Bucky" Barnes/Maria Hill/Steve Rogers
I see this as Steve and Maria getting together sometime after Winter Soldier. When Bucky comes back into the picture (either following canon or going AU - I'm good with either), Maria realizes that her boyfriend has always been in love with his best friend. Instead of getting jealous, she invites Bucky into their relationship.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Peggy Carter/Steve Rogers
Peggy helps Steve and Bucky conceal their relationship, knowing what would happen if the wrong people find out, and ends up being drawn into it.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Peggy Carter/Steve Rogers/Howard Stark
Howard suspects that Zola gave Bucky some version of the serum and starts spending a lot of time with Bucky to confirm his suspicions, which turns into something more. Steve gets all jealous because he's been in love with Bucky for years and maybe also has a bit of a crush on Howard. And Peggy decides she'd rather share Steve than get no Steve.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/Howard Stark
I head canon both Bucky and Howard as Jewish, which is important to my idea here. I figure Hydra picked Jewish soldiers to experiment on. If they died, no big deal. If the experiments worked, they'd just murder the subject. So if Steve hadn't gotten there when he did, Bucky probably wouldn't have been alive much longer. There also could have been a lot more going on than just pumping him full of serum - torture, rape, etc - that's given Bucky some psychological issues that would get him bounced out of the Army in a second. Steve does his best to protect Bucky and make sure no one finds out, except that Howard does. It's only after Howard reveals that he's also Jewish that Steve and Bucky trust him and let him help. That then develops into something more.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanov
I'd love to see the three of them put all the pieces back together and help each other heal - either post-Winter Soldier or post-Civil War depending on if you want to be canon compliant or go a bit AU. I'm cool with either one.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanov/Sam Wilson
I see the foursome along the same lines as Nat/Steve/Bucky above, with Sam being the rational voice of reason because he's the least screwed up of the four.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/Sam Wilson
I'd love to see Steve stuck in the middle of Sam and Bucky's banter, thinking they hate each other and trying to to fix it. Which eventually turns into a threesome.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/T'Challa
I'm thinking that Steve was with Bucky back in the 1940s, and then gets together with T'Challa while Bucky is frozen. After Bucky is thawed out permanently, Steve struggles with his feelings for both men until they let him know that he doesn't have to choose, he can have both.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/T'Challa/Sam Wilson
In Wakanda after Bucky comes back out of cryo. It could all develop then or be a threeome turned foursome.

James "Bucky" Barnes/Steve Rogers/Tony Stark
This is total AU territory here. Either Bucky isn't the one that killed Howard and Maria Stark or Steve told Tony right after Winter Soldier ended and he's had time to realize that Bucky wasn't himself when he did it. Or if you want to get really AU, Howard Stark was the only one that died last night which I don't think would have bothered Tony nearly as much given the way he was all "you killed my mother."

Anywho, whichever AU route you take, Tony realizes that the Howard Steve and Bucky knew wasn't the same Howard that raised him. He wants to get to know more about the pre-obsessed with finding Cap Howard and it develops from there.

James "Rhodey" Rhodes/Steve Rogers/Tony Stark
Rhodey & Tony are an established twosome and end up bringing Steve into things. Probably would have to be pre-CW.

Maria Hill/Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanov
Maria and Nat team up to seduce Steve.

Maria Hill/Steve Rogers/Sam Wilson
Both Maria and Sam independently try to pursue relationships with Steve and decide to team up instead of competing against each other.

Natasha Romanov/T'Challa/Sam Wilson
Nat and Sam stay with Steve in Wakanda while he's pining over Bucky in cryo (because Na totally goes to track Steve down after we last see her in the movie). They also get to know T'Challa a lot better and things happen.

Peggy Carter/Steve Rogers/Howard Stark
After Steve's "how do I know you're not fonduing with Stark" thing, Peggy sits him down and asks if he would have been jealous of Howard or of her, but that was a light bulb moment for her. After Steve reluctantly admits to being attracted to both Peggy and Howard, she makes it happen.

Pepper Potts/James "Rhodey" Rhodes/Tony Stark
Pepper resists Tony's advances because she thinks he's with Rhodey. When she finds out that he's not, she starts plotting, she just hadn't planned on being involved too.

Pepper Potts/Steve Rogers/Tony Stark
Pepper makes it her mission to make sure Steve and Tony get along given their rocky start. It turns into so much more than she anticipated.

Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanov/Sam Wilson
Trust is something Natasha doesn't give easily. During Winter Soldier, Fury betrayed her trust by not trusting her enough to let her know he wasn't actually dead - I legit wanted to reach through my screen and hug her at her reaction to Fury saying he didn't know who to trust. But Steve saved her and his answer of "I do now" when she asked if he trusted her to do the same is what I think cemented her trust in him. And then Sam jumped into a fight that wasn't even his because a) they needed his help and b) it was the right thing to do.

tl;dr At the end of Winter Soldier, Steve and Sam are the two people that Natasha can trust (besides Clint, but he wasn't in that movie so he doesn't count right now). I think they'd also be the only people she'd ever let see her be vulnerable. All her covers are blown, assholes on Capital Hill are talking about locking her up, and she just helped take down her employer, so she's definitely in a vulnerable place. I'd love to see Sam and Steve being there for her in whatever capacity she'll let them and then she slowly lets them in more and more.

Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanov/T'Challa
Nat tracks Steve down in Wakanda. She doesn't let the fact that he's with T'Challa deter her from having him. She doesn't mind sharing.

Steve Rogers/T'Challa/Sam Wilson
Steve and Sam don't have a whole lot they can do while international fugitives in Wakanda. And T'Challa is a very welcoming host.

Sense8
Hernando/Lito Rodriguez/Daniela Velasquez
I love the dynamic between the three of them. I'd love to see anything set after season 1. I haven't had a chance to see the Christmas Special yet, so please no spoilers for that.

Will Gorski/Diego Morales/Riley Blue
Again I'd love to see something post season 1. Does Will bring Riley back to Chicago with him? Does Diego track them down? Is it a twosome turned into a threesome or a threesome right off the bat?

Supergirl
Kara Danvers/Jimmy Olsen/Winn Schott Jr.
I picture this as all of them coming together as a threesome, rather than an established twosome adding a third.

Kara Danvers/Lucy Lane/Jimmy Olsen
I see Lucy as the driving force behind getting these three together.

Kara Danvers/Lucy Lane/Jimmy Olsen/Winn Scott Jr.
I see this just sorta happening without any planning to plotting involved - but maybe large amounts of alcohol and/or near death experiences.

Lucy Lane/Clark Kent/Jimmy Olsen
I see this as a more pre-series thing that probably has an awkward ending leading Jimmy to relocate to National City.
