On most days these two don't like each other much, but they also have this shared experience that they can't talk about with anyone who hasn't lived it. That lends itself pretty well to hate sex. 1)Nomi and Amanita need to rebuild their lives after everything that's happened. Also given that Nomi's mother had her hospitalized against her will, it might not be a bad idea to take legal steps to make sure that if Nomi is ever unable to make her own medical decisions, that responsibility goes to Amanita and not Nomi's family. I think Amanita's mom is the best, so feel free to include her if you want.
2)Nomi's sister Teagan seemed to at least try and understand her sister's situation. While their mother was using male pronouns and referring to her daughter as Michael, Teagan was using female pronouns. Maybe Teagan tries to have a relationship with Nomi behind their parents' backs.
Amanita/Riley Blue/Nomi Marks
So this could either be everyone together in person, or something along the lines of the orgy from 1x06. I'm definitely thinking PWP here.
