Well when it rains it poors im starting to find out we finally got our papers on the car fedex to us yesterday and to my suprise the loan payment amount jumped up by a 129 not the amount he qouted us of 200 but 329. So my husband and I discussed it and ok we can handle that just down grade the dish network programing and not eat a lot of steak and goodby junk food but then our landlord comes over and tells us he is selling the house we are renting for 12,000.00 and he will give us a week to decide if we want to buy it. Of course we dont its falling apart it would probably cost 30,000.00 just to fix up the piece of shit house. Then he said if it sells there is no guaruntee that we can stay there its up to the new owners abd our rent will not stay the same. Now we in a bind cause now we dont have the funds to move out b/c of the car and getting full coverage today not happening. So if worse comes to worse were moving in with my Brother in law his name is gene in less we can find a landlord who is willing to work with us with the deposit or rent we can do one or the other so know i will be buying the paper more often looking for houses to rent.
