That website makes me smile after I've had a rotten day. Thanks Greggo.

You and the triplets also make me smile after a crap day. But I'm sure you knew that already.

That reminds me. Sirius is chewing his toy car.

Awww. That's cute. And at least it's not my cell phone. Or the remote.

Actually, it was your cellphone he was chewing on until I gave him his toy car.

Again. Thank you Greg. Out of curiosity, what's the model of the toy car he's chewing on?

You know that toy police car your parents bought him for the triplets' birthday? The big squishy one?

Cute. Maybe he'll want a career in law enforcement when he grows up?

You want our son in a career like ours? I know it's standard in your family, but I dunno.

Maybe not exactly like ours. Because, well, I wouldn't want Sirius to experience some of the things we have. Maybe he can work in a cotton wool factory.

... I'd like our son to have an interesting job. Maybe science related. But a factory? That can be dangerous. All the machines.

Yes but in a lab there are dangerous chemicals. And the possibilities of accidents. I was thinking maybe he could be a meteorologist, but that could be dangerous, investigating odd weather fronts.

Would you kill me if I suggested ornithology as a profession?

And then our son can be killed in a freak bird accident.

No one has ever died from a freak bird accident, thanks very much.

What profession would you like to see our children in, when they grow up?

They don't say that because no one expects it. Who'd want to be a bird watcher if the raptors peck your eyes out?

Well. I can't see them doing anything. I mean, I'd like them to have a job they are not only fully qualified to do, but one they enjoy. And could support a family on, if they should choose to go that route.

I have never heard of a raptor pecking someone's eyes out. And most bird-watchers aren't into dicing with death with extreme bird watching. You should watch more of the Attenborough documentary on birds I have.

Good answer, Paloma.

I would rather gouge out my eyes with a rusty spoon than watch bird documentaries. And that idea isn't exactly appealing, Nicky.

Thank you. I thought it was a very good one myself.
