Doctors
So I don't know about you guys, but this pollen is killing me...quite literally.
I went to the doctor in Valdosta 3ish weeks ago because I had pink eye and some kind of allergy stuff going on. She listened to me breathe for like 10 minutes and decided that it sounded like bronchitis but wasn't. She said it was just a virus. So all she gave me were 2 medicines I had been on a few years before for allergies: Advair inhaler and Allegra D.
So 2 nights ago...in Florida, I woke up not being able to breathe. Last night, same thing. I drove up to ATL today and by 5 I had so much sinus pressure in my head it was not even funny. After dinner with my dad, I went straight to the doctor.
Turns out, the Valdosta doctor misdiagnosed me. I had bronchitis, and it has gotten a lot worse. I probably have a sinus infection too. I was told to keep taking my Allegra, I was given a steroid, an antibiotic, flonase (hopefully to get me through this pollen season) and a cough medicine.
Call me "Druggy". Lol.
After such a great weekend, this is going to be a not so fun Spring Break week...
