I'm just re-posting from Amalface's journal.
Remind me that I want to write an IMP PEACH poem now, okay?
Merci.

A Chorus Of Severed Pipes • Kelly Rose Pflug-Back • Goblin Fruit Winter 2012
Trumpet Vine Love Song • Francesca Forrest • Goblin Fruit Summer 2012
Vigor Mortis • C. W. Johnson • Goblin Fruit Autumn 2012

The Last Crone on the Moon • C. S. E. Cooney • Goblin Fruit Winter 2012
The Last Wife • by Jennifer Crow • Goblin Fruit Autumn 2012
Tit Tot • Catt Kingsgrave • Goblin Fruit Summer 2012
A hearty, Goblin-grinsome congratulations to all the nominees! They are all, if I may say so myself, splendidly well deserved, vindicating as they do my splendid and unimpeachable* taste.
In other, related news, two poems of mine also received nominations, and I am very grateful for them: "
No Poisoned Comb" in the Short category, and "
Asteres Planetai" in the Long. Tremendous thanks go out to the editors at
Apex Magazine and
Stone Telling respectively for publishing them -- especially the latter, as Shweta and Rose worked closely with me on "Asteres Planetai," and it would not be the poem it is without them, their input, and their dedication to putting out the
Queer issue (from which, by the way, a total of six poems were nominated for Rhyslings) which prompted me to write it in the first place.
*I love the word "unimpeachable," containing as it does both imp and peach and being therefore an inherently Goblin Fruity sort of word.
