new to this
J is off to Florida for work this week. Pretty much the first time he's traveled any great distance without us. I have separation pangs and he forgot his ID/key card, so I've just run it over to work in hope that they can FedEx it to him overnight so he can get on the base tomorrow. Neither of us slept well last night, so I'm going to feed the kids an easy dinner soon and get everyone off to bed early. Maybe? The boy is out of school but the girl isn't yet, so it's sort of summer vacation and yet not.
