Dammit...DAMMIT.
My grandmother called last night to inform us that she dislocated her shoulder a few days ago. As a result, she can't use her right arm for six weeks. My uncle (who lives with her) is planning to look after her, but now they're saying it would be too much trouble for him if we come over now. So the December/January trip is cancelled.
DAMMIT. Mom announces it out of nowhere, and just as I've finished telling everybody, started making plans, and got all excited, it's cancelled just as suddenly.
Excuse me while I go and cry for a while.
