(no subject)
This is a day late, but I just found out half an hour ago, so:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRIDAY~~~!!!
Went to the Live 8 concert in Philadelphia today. Why did I not hear about this until yesterday?? I had no idea it would be that huge. In fact I don't think I've ever been to a concert with over 1 million people attending before. Yay for spontaneous decisions!
But anyway, I saw Linkin Park. :D I also got my first tan in years, and a sunburn, and exercise, and aching feet. And I met up with Kirsten and Keely again!!! We went to South Street to look at some cool stores, and I ate a Philly Cheesesteak, which was very good up to the point where I found a hair. Eh. And mom embarrassed me. >_> And I may have gotten Kirsten interested in reading Detective Conan (write that fanfic already!!).
On the ride home, the train stopped right by a bunch of fireworks going off in Wilmington. I don't know why, since it's not July 4th yet, but it was random and pretty. Also by the time we got back to Union station, we were exhausted, so I didn't get to explore again. ;__; Ah well, I can some other time, especially since I just found out that there's a train that goes to Newport News. >DDD
