On writing and stuffs
It occurs to me that I haven't written and posted anything in about two months. I'd like to blame this on my fandom-hopping, but the likely culprite is more likely to be my sheer lack of motivation when it comes to writing up the ideas I've been jotting down like there's no tomorrow. I have so many WIP ideas for all the fandoms I'm currently

"You could just trust me." Ianto muttered bitterly, turning his face from Jack to hide the hurt in his eyes.
"Ianto," Jack nipped, "It's not that I don't, it's just that the last time I took you out on a field trip..." He drifted off and Ianto flushed at the reminder.
"I think I coped pretty well considering."
"You did," Jack was quick to amend, "But you've no real experience out of the office and I'd rather not have you leave us just yet."
"You mean you'd rather not lose your precious tea-boy just yet." Ianto turned to face Jack, his eyes a burning glare as they battled against the deep blues of Jack's gaze.
"I resent that." Jack touched fleetingly at Ianto's face.
"And I resent you coddling me." Came the reply as Ianto pulled his face away. "I am perfectly capable of handling this situation myself."
"It's not your situation to handle." Jack pursed his lips, finishing knotting the rope that was busy with.
"It is Jack, this is my situation."
Jack stepped back, looking sadly upon Ianto whom he'd tied to the chair in his office. He could hear the others rushing about down in the hub gathering what they felt they'd need for their latest call out- a man using some alien device to kill people with a peculiar green light. The Queen was getting somewhat twitchy about the whole scenario and Torchwood had been ordered to deal with it immediately.
"I'm afraid not, Ianto." Jack sighed.
Ianto wet his lips, nodding his head slowly before offering Jack a slow smile.
"I'm sorry it has to come to this then, Jack." He answered before muttering something that sounded vaguely Latin.
Jack watched in fascinated horror as the ropes he'd tied so securely about the Welshman fell easily from him, allowing Ianto to gain his feet. Ianto flicked his wrist and a long bit of wood shot out of his sleeve into his hand, a piece of wood he was prompt to point in Jack's direction.
"Obliviate..."

Gosh, I might've got a bit carried away with that prompt! heh. Didn't so much get the pairing in there as the characters either, but I hope it works for you XD it was kinda fun to write anyway.
