the weekend
so...thursday was generally bad. worked all day, got broke up with, wrote about it, actually *gasp* cried (i never cry). figured out what i was going to do since i was no longer going to sc. went to a bar with my friend tori, drowned my sorrows in a few bud lights, went home.
friday-didnt have to work, since i wasnt supposed to be in town. went out with some friends.
friday night-went to a club in bryan called halo with my friend candy whom i hadnt seen for a while. saw a bunch of people i used to hang out with and met one really cool girl. we talked for hours friday night. shes interested in religion and political science and activism.
saturday-9am-got a call from emily. was really surprised to hear from her, didnt think she was going to talk to me for a while. we had a 2.5 hour long conversation about everything that happened, and im not sure where we are now, but i think that we are working on being friends again. maybe we will build from there, maybe not. either way, we are trying to repair some of the damage that was done. she still wants me to come out for her graduation, so we have to see how much the plane ticket is going to cost. otherwise, hell, i may just drive out there. if we get some things settled, id probably be willing to drive out there and back for her. she deserves it. and if she wants me there, then by god im going to do my damndest to get there.
went out with mom and my sister for mothers day/sis' birthday. got them both what they wanted, generally a good day.
saturday night-went out with the girl i met on friday night to chances. actually only had, like, 2 beers. we were talking almost the whole time. found out she also did ren faire and also likes shakespeare. got invited to her graduation party next week.
sunday-picked papa and my brother up at the airport to surprise my mom for mothers day. spent most of the rest of the day with them.
my dad, while me and my brother were trying to pack stuff into the trunk of my car, decided that it would be a good idea to put the top down. wasnt paying attention to the fact that something was in the way, shattered the glass in my rear window, so now i get to have that fixed.
went out with melissa and some of her friends sunday night, went and said bye to tori because she was flying back to ny today.
bonus news-tori may be moving down to houston, so i would have somebody to room with and wouldnt have to live here anymore.

live in the garage apartment that my parents are going to have at the house that they are moving to in a few months-downside-i have to live here another few months, but-its rent free, so i can save more money to move someplace at a slightly later point in time.
