the pacific northwest roadtrip extravaganza 2007

we've decided to take full advantage of our christmas break and drive up north to visit several friends and embrace the cold weather and rain that southern california so often lacks.
i will be updating with photos, of course and here is the first set...

[we got lost trying to find in n out. we called up our buddy dan. in minutes we had full bellies. thanks dan!]
we are now safely nestled in wilsonville...a small town just south of portland.
sara had a delicious dinner consisting of pork roast, risotto, salad and wine.
what a treat after such a long drive up.
